It’s easy to order your custom Irish dress online from Phoenix Designs.
How to Order
1. Contact us through michelle@phoenixirishdresses.com or via the online order form below.
2. Pay your $500 deposit through our PayPal account (you may pay by credit card or PayPal). By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the information outlined in the FAQ section. Canadian residents add HST.
By placing your non-refundable deposit you are agreeing to all of the information outlined in the FAQ section of this website.
Note for US residents and other non-Canadian residents: You can use XE online currency conversion website to quickly convert the deposit amount into your own currency.
3. Approximately 2 weeks prior to starting your dress you will be notified for measurements, color/style choices etc. For international/overseas customer please follow the measurement guidance and be sure to include photos.
4. Final payment is required prior to shipping.
5. Dresses are shipped via Canada Post using guaranteed 2-day delivery. A tracking number will be sent once the dress has been posted.
